Conversion of a formally empty shell.

We were instructed to use as much of the existing brick walls and beams used for this former factory whilst making the renovation as modern as possible with a new kitchen and bathroom.

With an empty site we were able to manage the build with ease although access was only achieved through the front door. We wanted the owner to benefit from the views across the Thames and the shared area's the whole building benefits from.
