Complete refurbishment and loft conversion.

Increasing the total sq ft of the apartment by building a luxury bathroom and bedroom into the loft with bespoke carpentry. We then built a new kitchen in the main living area below.

With matching walls and real wooden flooring throughout in a confined space, the project needed to be managed to a really high standard. A new heating system inc an electric under floor system was also installed.
